The Connecticut Cannabis Expo is set to host its fourth annual event on February 8-9, 2025, at the Aqua Turf Club!
This year's expo promises to be a comprehensive gathering for cannabis consumers, entrepreneurs, and the general public, offering a range of educational seminars, discussions, and networking opportunities.
Event Highlights:
Educational Seminars and Discussions: Attendees will have access to sessions covering cannabis advocacy, research, education, and the evolving political landscape. Topics will also include cultivation techniques and the manufacturing of cannabis, hemp, and CBD products, emphasizing their positive impact on lifestyle and health.
Diverse Exhibitors: The expo will feature a variety of exhibitors, including doctors and physicians, local dispensaries and producers, ancillary cannabis product vendors, and purveyors of hemp and CBD goods. This provides a unique opportunity for attendees to explore the medical potential of cannabis, learn about home cultivation, and discover extraction methods.
X Cup Cannabis Competition: A highlight of the event, the X Cup is Connecticut's most rigorously tested and judged cannabis competition. Open to licensed professionals, home growers, and edible makers, the competition involves a third-party blind evaluation of cannabis and cannabis products across seven categories. Winners will be recognized during the expo.
Medical Cannabis Advocacy:
Medical marijuana patients and those interested in becoming patients will have the opportunity to consult directly with advocates and physicians at the event. Experts will provide insights and recommendations on alleviating symptoms using various cannabis products, including vaporizers, edibles, topicals, and other CBD and hemp offerings. Assistance with the process of qualifying for a medical marijuana card will also be available.
Admission: $20.00 per day or $30.00 for a weekend pass.
Tickets are available for purchase online and will also be sold at the door.
Age Restrictions: The event is open to adults 21 years and older. Individuals aged 18 and above may attend if they are medical marijuana patients or are accompanied by an adult.
No THC sales will occur at the event, and no cannabis medical cards are required for entry.
