There are not many more times you are going to get to hear the Eagles live,,, or see them alive. They packed downtown Hartford's XL Center. The XL blacked out the concourse walkways to set the mood. Vince Gill joined the remaining Eagles and they sounded great. They have been doing these songs for so long it looked like 2nd nature for them. Smooth as silk.
It was an older crowd of course, but this was not a bunch of stoners leftover from the 60's. It was a blue-collar audience that was there to chill to the music. Not a rock show, a chill show for sure.
I give it 8 perfectly groomed beards out of 10. Good show, a lot of dudes with beards there.
