On a cold Sunday morning in February at Winding Trails in Farmington, CT, SOCT Penguins flock to jump in the water in the name of Special Olympics! 2019 is my 3rd consecutive year MC-ing this event. No! This Southerner has yet to jump in. I'm too soft. It does look like fun, but it surely looks freezing. However, there were many brave people who did jump in the water during a day where it was just above 15 degrees outside. The best news, together we raised $42,000 for SOCT!!!!
