Week 9 AP Top 25 College Football Poll Released

The Alabama Crimson Tide moved into the top 5 in the Week 9 Associated Press Top 25 College Football Poll released on Sunday (October 19).

The Tide moved up two spots from the Week 8 poll to No. 4 overall following its 37-20 win against the then-No. 11 Tennessee Volunteers in their annual 'Third Saturday In October' rivalry game Saturday (October 18) night. The Vols dropped six spots to No. 17 overall following the loss.

Three SEC teams currently rank in the top 5 with Texas A&M moving up one spot to No. 3 overall, Alabama at No. 4 and Georgia moving up four spots to No. 5 overall following its 43-35 win against Ole Miss on Saturday.
