There should be a ton of excitement heading into the 2018 AAC football season a big reason for that is the conference returns its offensive and defensive players of the year Mackenzie Milton for UCF and Ed Oliver for Houston.

Houston's Ed Oliver is not only considered as the best Defensive Tackle in the nation he's also considered one of the best players in the country and a projected top 5 pick in next years draft. Last year Oliver won the Outland Trophy for the Nations best interior linemen he had 73 tackles and 16.5 Tackles for loss for the Cougars last year who are picked to finished 2nd in the AAC West Division .
